Fabrication of Project modal:

• Mild steel angle (30mm x 5mm) cutting.

• Welding of these angles to make frame of box.

• Drilling and tapping on the side faces to screw brass and aluminium plates.

• Plate cutting of brass and aluminium into 8” x 8” size, of thickness 5mm.

• For fins the 1.2mm plates are cut into size of 13cm x 20cm.

• These plates are bent into L shape such that they can be screwed on the 5mm plates.

• For fixing fins zig zag drilling and tapping is been done on the plates.

• Remaining 4 faces of the cube is covered with the insulation such that maximum heat can be transferred through side faces only.

• Heating is done with the help of halogen lamps which are located inside the box at the centre.

• The box is mounted on the wooden board.
